We’re looking for a dynamic Community Engagement Coordinator to lead initiatives that strengthen community connections and promote Crescent Care’s programs. This is a key leadership role where you’ll design impactful community events and foster partnerships that drive social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and outreach programs.
  • Build partnerships with local organisations, councils, and service providers.
  • Develop marketing and promotional strategies for programs and events.
  • Manage volunteer programs and support community participation initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on engagement outcomes and program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Community Development, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in community engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Strong public speaking and event coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
