Leaving school is an exciting yet challenging time, especially when stepping into the workforce for the first time. At Crescent Care, we provide School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) to help young people with disabilities develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to succeed in employment. Our tailored program supports eligible NDIS participants in transitioning from school to the workplace, equipping them with essential job-readiness skills and practical experience to achieve their career goals.
