Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO brings over 15 years of experience in disability services and community development. With a background in social work and organisational leadership, they are committed to building a values-driven organisation that puts participants first in every decision.
Head of Support Coordination
Our Head of Support Coordination has extensive experience working with NDIS participants across complex support needs. They lead a team of qualified Support Coordinators dedicated to helping participants navigate the NDIS and connect with the right services.
Community Services Manager
Leading our community services division, our Community Services Manager has over a decade of experience in welfare services, family support, and social inclusion programs. They ensure our community programs are responsive, culturally safe, and accessible to all.
Clinical Lead
Our Clinical Lead oversees the quality and safety of our care delivery, working closely with allied health partners to ensure every participant receives evidence-based, holistic support. They hold qualifications in nursing and disability practice.
Our Support Workers
Our frontline support workers are the heart of Crescent Care. Each support worker is carefully screened, qualified, and trained to provide safe, respectful, and empowering support. All staff hold:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent
- Mandatory Reporting and Safeguarding training
- Cultural competency and diversity training
