Crescent Care Foundation is a registered charity serving people with disability, refugees, and families across Liverpool and South West Sydney. Your donation supports our community work, including support for people who fall outside the NDIS.

Community inclusion for everyone
Our social inclusion and group activities are open to everyone, not only people with an NDIS plan. Donations help us put them on and keep them welcoming.
Support for families in crisis
Not every family in need has funding. Your support helps us walk alongside people navigating the NDIS for the first time, or falling through the gaps entirely.
Culturally safe care
We work with refugees and newly arrived families who face extra barriers, and with people whose first language is not English. Your support helps us keep that work going.
