SDA and SIL Homes

The home and the support, together.

If you are holding SDA or SIL funding and nowhere to use it, these are our homes across West and South-West Sydney. Our support team comes with them, from the first day.

The timings below are the developer's own, not our estimate. Where a home is still being built we say so, and we say when. Getting that wrong wastes everybody's time, most of all the person waiting to move.

Every home we have, and when it is ready

Filter by what your plan funds, when you need to move, and where you want to be.

How a placement works

We work it the opposite way round to a housing list. The person comes first, the home is matched to them, and the support team arrives with them.

1

Send us the outline

The person's funding position, their SDA design category if they have one, their support needs and the area they want to be in. A few lines is enough. It comes straight to Abdul rather than into a queue.

2

Get a straight answer on fit

If one of these homes fits, we tell you which one, why, and when it is genuinely available. If none of them do, we tell you that too. Nobody gets talked into the wrong home, and nobody gets told a home is ready when it is six months away.

3

The home and the support arrive together

Crescent Care is SIL registered under Registration Group 138, so the support arrangement and the tenancy are set up as one placement instead of two separate negotiations.

Who you are referring to

Every completed property here is SDA registered. The homes still being built will be registered on completion. The one exception is the Ingleburn main house, which is a SIL property rather than SDA.

A registered NDIS provider

Registration number 4050154538, and an ACNC registered not for profit based in South-West Sydney.

SIL registered

Registration Group 138, effective 1 July 2026, supporting around 30 participants today.

Support workers matched to the person

A bilingual, bicultural support team, with particular depth for Arabic speaking families.

The housing and the support in one place

These are our homes, with our team delivering the support. One team behind the tenancy and the roster, so nothing falls into the gap between a landlord and a provider.

If you are still working out whether SDA is the right fit, our Specialist Disability Accommodation guide explains the design categories and eligibility, and Supported Independent Living covers the day to day support that goes with a home.

One person reads every enquiry

Abdul Chamma, Director at Crescent Care. Before moving to the provider side, Abdul worked as a support coordinator through the NDIA, so he reads a referral the way you write one.
