Our Services
Crescent Care Foundation provides a range of community services programs designed to support individuals and families who may not be NDIS participants. These programs are funded through government grants, community partnerships, and fee-for-service arrangements, and are open to all eligible community members in Western Sydney regardless of NDIS eligibility.

Social Inclusion
Programs that promote social inclusion, reduce isolation, and build genuine community belonging for vulnerable individuals and families across Western Sydney.
Family & Child Support
Practical support for families including parenting programs, child development assistance, and early intervention services to help create safe, nurturing home environments.
Health & Wellbeing
Holistic health and wellbeing support including mental health referrals, healthy lifestyle programs, and access to allied health services for community members.
Youth Services
Mentoring, leadership, and development programs designed to inspire young people aged 12–25 to build skills, confidence, and positive futures.
Homelessness Assistance
Practical assistance for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity, including crisis support, housing referrals, and tenancy sustainment.
Refugee Services
Culturally sensitive settlement support for refugees and newly arrived migrants, including orientation, referral, language support, and community connection services.
