Questions people ask before they call
Do I need an NDIS plan to use these services?
No. The community programs are open to everyone in Western Sydney, with or without a plan. If it turns out the NDIS is the right path for you, we can talk you through applying, but that is not the price of a conversation.
Do I have to live in Liverpool?
No. Our office is in Liverpool and we work across Western Sydney. Tell us where you are and we will be straight about what we can do from here and what would be better handled closer to you.
What if the thing I need is not on this list?
Ask anyway. Part of this work is knowing who else does what, so if we are not the right service we will say so and point you at who is, rather than leaving you to start again.
