Do I need an NDIS plan to talk to you?
No. Plenty of the people we work with are still deciding whether to apply, or waiting on a decision. Our community services are open to everyone in Western Sydney with or without a plan, so there is something to talk about either way.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Crescent Care Foundation is registered with the NDIS Commission, registration number 4050154538, which means we are bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct and audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. You can check any provider on the NDIS Commission register yourself, and it is worth doing.
Can I switch to you from another provider?
Yes, and you do not need a reason. You can change provider at any time, the funding is yours and it follows you. The part worth planning is the gap: agree a start date with us before you end the old service agreement, so the support does not stop in between.
