Mental Health Support Built Around Your Recovery.
Structured, ongoing support for NDIS participants managing psychosocial disability, co-designed around your goals.

What This Service Is
Navigating mental health and psychosocial disability can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. At Crescent Care, we provide structured, compassionate support designed specifically for NDIS participants.
We focus on working alongside you to build confidence, manage daily routines, and gently re-engage with your local community. It is about creating a safe space where you can focus on your recovery journey, at a pace that feels right for you. We match you with support workers who understand mental health and are dedicated to helping you achieve your personal NDIS goals.
If what you are looking for is one-to-one therapy rather than day-to-day support, that is a different service. Our NDIS psychology support covers it, and many participants use both side by side.

Questions people ask before they call
The ones that come up most, answered straight.
Is this the same as seeing a psychologist?
No. This is recovery support: the practical, day to day work of keeping a routine, getting to appointments, managing a home and rebuilding confidence in the community. It sits alongside clinical treatment rather than replacing it. If you want therapy as well, our allied health team is a separate service and you can ask us about both in one conversation.
Do I need a diagnosis to get this support?
You need NDIS funding, and the NDIS looks at the impact a psychosocial disability has on your everyday life rather than at a label on its own. If you are not on the NDIS yet, we can talk you through applying, and we will be straight about how long that usually takes.
What happens on a day when I cannot face it?
Say so. A worker who turns up to a locked door and leaves is no use to anyone, so before support starts we agree what a hard day looks like and what you want us to do on one, including who you want us to call and who you do not.
Can I change support worker if it is not working?
Yes, and you do not have to explain yourself or soften it. Tell us, or tell us in writing through our feedback and complaints page. A match that is not working is a normal thing to fix, not a complaint about a person.
