When a treating team, a housing provider and a family are all pulling in different directions, the job is not just connecting services. It is holding the situation steady while it gets sorted out. That is why the NDIS funds this level separately and expects an appropriately qualified practitioner to do it. Ask us, or any provider, which qualification the person coordinating your plan actually holds.
What we do is take work off you: dealing with the agencies, cutting through the noise, and making sure the supports in your plan are actually talking to each other. We work across Liverpool and Western Sydney. If you are somewhere else, call us anyway and we will tell you honestly what we can arrange, rather than leaving you to guess.

It requires a specialist with the qualifications and experience to navigate these environments, reduce complexity, and keep things moving.
Is Specialist Support Coordination funded in my NDIS plan?
SSC is funded under the Capacity Building budget. It is typically included in plans where the participant faces significant barriers or complex support needs. If you are unsure whether it is in your plan, contact us and we will help you review it.
