Questions about Mental Health and Psychosocial Recovery
- What does the support look like?
- Help establishing daily routines, such as gentle prompting for personal care, meal planning and organising your schedule. Support to attend appointments, join local social groups or get comfortable in public spaces again. Practical help at home with budgeting, paperwork and basic household tasks.
- Is this the same as seeing a psychologist?
- No. If what you are looking for is one to one therapy rather than day to day support, that is a different service, and our NDIS psychology support covers it.
- How do we get started?
- Fill out the online form or call our intake team. We then organise a meeting, in person or online, to understand your NDIS plan and match you with a support worker.
